About Me

From the early childhood, I enjoyed drawing and cutting images off the magazine pages and then arrange them and glue them in a notebook. I wanted to be fashion designer, but turns out later I have been redirected to be magazine designer!

After graduating tehnical high school education, I continued my studies as the first generation of students in Graphic Engineering and Design Dept. These studies gave me profound approach to problem-solving and management.

My goal is to fill the world with my creations, and make people happy in the process so I believe in design as a powerful and productive medium that can help to build a better life.

In this course, you will learn how to scan any object using Reality Capture software. This efficient and powerful software was first used for the preservation of archaeological objects and historical monuments, but is now used for video games, VFX and virtual reality, as it offers tools and results of a impressive quality, all in an easy-to-use interface.

In this course, you will be able to learn:
-How does photogrammetry work?
-How to take suitable photos
-How to prepare these photos for their use in the software
-How to use these photos to reconstruct an object in 3D and apply a realistic texture to it
-How to optimize scans for custom use (games, movies, etc.)

Gradually, we will solidify these skills to learn how to build a library of highly realistic objects based on high resolution scans.

Learn to draw by observing the world around you.
In these classes we will explore drawing from life: people, places and everyday scenes.

We can work from real objects, photographs, or illustrations.
If you're interested in manga, ink drawing, or ukiyo-e (traditional Japanese woodblock prints), we can also explore that style.

If you have something you'd like to draw, you can bring it to class.
If not, we will use reference materials that I have prepared.

No prior experience is necessary. Beginners are welcome.

You can draw on paper with a pencil or marker, or also on a tablet if you prefer to work digitally.

The classes are adapted to your level and your interests.

As a professional illustrator and concept artist, I offer personalized drawing, illustration, and digital painting lessons, primarily for adults and teenagers. Children interested in learning to draw can also be guided with age-appropriate exercises.

I am Sergio, an Agricultural Engineering student at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, currently on academic exchange at the University of Castilla-La Mancha.

During my training I have worked with AutoCAD, irrigation system design, drafting plans, topographic surveys and agricultural installations.
