About Me

I was born in Colombia. I attended a French high school there (from age 3 to 18). After earning a dual baccalaureate (French and Colombian), I moved to Lyon, France. There, I studied psychology and sociology (from 2014 to 2016). In 2016, I went to Saint-Étienne to pursue a bachelor's degree in Hispanic and Portuguese philology. After graduating in 2019, I moved to Spain and, in 2020, began a bachelor's degree in French philology. During my final year, I participated in an Erasmus exchange program in Brussels, Belgium. After completing my studies in 2023, I began a dual master's program (a master's in secondary education, vocational training, and language teaching methodology, and a research master's in modern languages and cultures). The objective is above all to acquire effective tools. The student will thus be able to learn to structure his ideas, argue coherently (and convincingly) and enrich his vocabulary. It is essential for me to have written work from the student between each lesson.

In order to optimize the time available (and to put ourselves in conditions closest to oral exams), we choose together an extract from a work that the student will have previously prepared before the lesson. This would take around 20 minutes at most, and ideally just a little before the meeting time. If necessary, I have the habit of taking a paragraph at random which would serve as a basis for analyzing a passage.
