With studies in coaching, psychology and spirituality I have created a method that helps my clients find their purpose and transform their personal and professional life at every stage of their life.

I have lived in 4 different countries and worked for 10 years for multinational companies around the world. Re-inventing myself without losing my essence, adapting my roots to other cultures and navigating the challenges, decisions and concerns of living abroad.
