It's purpose is to teach information and computation, digital systems and how they are put to use through programming, as well as to provide pupils with the capability to use information technology to create programs, systems and digital content. Also to provide computer literacy to pupils allowing them to express their thoughts and ideas through Information & Communication Technology (ICT) in a way that is suitable for todays workplaces.
