My name is Marco, I have been a photographer focused in nature photography for over 12 years. By working together we can explore the three core aspects of photography: Visualization (Artistic part, learning to see), Camera work (Instrumental part), and Editing & Printing (Final performance/publication).

It is my goal to work conscientiously with you and help in any way I can as you develop further as a photographer.

In this course, we will learn the matter from the ground up in a highly customized and individual way. My goal is to teach you to "see" with the mind's eye and be able to share this through your photographs. After all, that is the point, to share our love for this craft and our interest in the subject matter.

No special equipment necessary! Although more advanced students will prefer to have a camera with fully manual controls available. I can advice on how to acquire one without breaking the bank.

We will always have viewing sessions and plenty of discussions about music, art, and literature as well.

The course is suitable for absolute beginners up to advanced students and adult learners. All ages are welcome!

The course can be done in Spanish as well.

Extra information

-Studied harmony, solfeo, piano, and analysis under Prof. Vladislav Soyfer and analysis with Prof. Semyon Vekshtein. Following the 2nd Vienna School Tradition.
-Studied cello with Profs. Sarah Koo Freeman (California, USA), Elena Kharina Anatolievna (Russia/Costa Rica), and Monique Heidema (The Netherlands)
-Served as Assistant Principal cello at the Orquesta Sinfónica UCR in Costa Rica.
