My name is Alyssa, a twenty-year old girl. I am now studying in University of Birmingham as an overseas student. I am enthusiastic about communicate with others and tell them cultures I know about China. That is why I decided to be an online tutor.
Acting as a teacher, I am always patient and warm-hearted. I am willing to help students with not only academic problems but also other questions like famous travel line recommendations of China and communicating customs of Chinese people in different cases. I prefer to get along with my students like friends, but not just a teacher.
The atmosphere of my classes is relaxing and enjoyable. And I will customize different teaching styles and methods for students with different preferences and needs instead of just teaching and repeating the same class content to all of my students rigidly. Because the flexible teaching style will stimulate motivation and degree of participation of students.
With my mother who is an English teacher and is operating her own tutorial business, I am experienced in teaching and getting along with different types of students although I am just twenty years old, which is because I always act as her teaching assistant or a teacher in her tutorial institution when I am free.
To work as a qualified language teacher, it is definitely not enough to have only academic knowledge and teaching experience without wide cultural knowledge and rich knowledge reserve of local conditions and customs of different places. Since nearly everyone knows that language and culture are interrelated. I have transferred to different schools at different part of China for the purpose of getting better education as well as training myself to be independent. The places where I used to study in or travel to include Hohhot, Dalian, Qingdao, Harbin, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Kunming, Suzhou and so on. Thanks to the extensive experience of adapting variable culture and keep meeting new people, I am strongly confident with my ability of communicating and making friends with students. What is more, I have broad knowledge range than others. That is to say, what I can teach my students are more than just a single foreign language.

How to send a clear message? How to make the difference, to make an impression? How to regain self-confidence and control the management of his emotions?

Knowing how to speak in public is now a necessity for the company and in the company. From a personal point of view, this is a vector for better relationships and optimal messages. On the phone, in a meeting, in front of a client or a banker (...), your public speaking must be effective and efficient with clear, simple and powerful messages, creating a match between the message received and the message sent.

Simple and pragmatic tools will be presented and then put into practice for: generating listening ● making an impression ● fostering trust ● generating need ● motivating teams by explaining a strategy ● getting messages across within groups.

Controlled, the method allows:
