Performing Arts Tips, Preparation and Theory (Portfolio and assessment work)
From 24.99 C$ /h
Acting to a lot of people can be seen as a very physical subject, however, not many people realize the amount of research and planning that goes into a role.
In my classes, you will learn the key elements of research and logging data as well as hand out sheets to help you write performance assessments and evaluations. Tips and guidelines for auditioning and character development sessions. I also include useful hacks to make research easier and simple but still detailed and effective. I will talk through the makings of a performance such as external elements such as sound effects, music and stage management, and all crew roles. Speak about costume, make-up, and physicalization. I’ll also teach you different acting styles by different artists and have many books and theatrical performances to recommend to you.
