You want to start drawing, reconnect with this discipline or even improve your basics. It is with joy and kindness that I accompany you in your artistic journey. I am committed to transmitting and encouraging my students to progress and explore the realms of their creativity. Intended for beginners and intermediate artists, these courses allow you to learn the fundamentals of drawing, such as observation, perspective, and the use of shadows, etc. Children can develop fine motor skills and imagination, while adults can rediscover their passion for art or learn new skills. I remain attentive to create a course adapted to your wishes, objectives and challenges. I also run a workshop for children aged 8 to 13 on Saturday mornings from 10 a.m. to noon in Carouge, in a friendly atmosphere.

I offer drawing lessons for beginners and amateurs. For the courses on paper it is mainly about training courses on a stylized human anatomy. My goal is to help students find their favorite style and techniques. For digital drawing lessons, I can teach on any program available on PC (windows) and regardless of the level. This course serves both to get started with the program but also to help improve human anatomy and the construction of illustrations. Practical information: I give lessons in Geneva during the week and in Yverdon-les-Bains at the weekend. I am not able to teach classes on realistic and semi-realistic styles.

This mentorship is designed for students or individuals who already development a strong interest for studio arts and is planning to develop a portfolio or projects, either for personal or academic purposes. The course is highly customized to each individual based on their focus and passion to create arts that is entirely unique yet convincing. Throughout the process of generate ideas to finalizing details, I will aid the students to find their own artistic voices by motivating them to think critically and encourage them to experiment for them to equip an artist mindset for the future.

This class is targeting the amazing new crocheters out there who have only learned the basics and is wishing to improve your skills. We’re going to learn together about 5 techniques of your choice until they become as easy as making chains!! Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

The best part about art is that it is subjective! If you have prior experience that you’d like to share or you’re looking to gain skill, I offer a fun and supportive environment with various mediums. With handmade projects and interactive lessons, I teach fundamental art which is easy on the eyes. I am state certified gifted in Visual Arts in the state of Ohio, but my focus has always been on illustration for children’s novels or creating works of peace and ease. Figure drawing isn't easy; it requires precision and practice. You must learn the basics of figure drawing to grow your skills. That is why having a strong understanding and practice of your basics is incredibly difficult and important. The basics include the correct method of drawing lines and circles, tips on understanding the anatomically correct proportions of the human body, and the practice of drawing what you see. This is the most challenging aspect of figure drawing, and it requires practice to simply put what you see on paper. It might seem tedious and somewhat useless, but from my experience, it was the foundation I wish someone had taught me. These skills aren't only used for figure drawing, but also for your other drawing endeavors. The class session will entail a step-by-step program based on your performance and progress when accomplishing each skill. I will guide you through a hands-on process to master each lesson. This is meant to curate an environment where you feel accomplished and for you to make mistakes and learn from them.

This course is an in-depth look into drawing. It is intended for students with some drawing experience as a way for them to build upon existing skills, but students of all levels are welcome. We will go over line, form, and structure, beginning with contour line drawings and eventually building up to the student creating their own pieces. We will discuss figurative and non-representational works, as well as how we can utilize different methods of drawing to convey different feelings and emotions.

I teach (one-on-one) in my studio and online(internationally)covering painting and drawing techniques for beginners, advanced students, and aspiring art school applicants. I have a series of significant artistic achievements, having been awarded in the most prestigious international figurative art competitions—competitions that value study, hard work, and knowledge. I have studied art throughout my life and I always strive to reach a high level of performance, with the goal of passing on everything I have learned at the highest standard. Throughout my career, I have helped many individuals push their limits and improve their artistic techniques—some doing it as a hobby, others achieving exceptional results in the entrance exams for art and architecture universities. These courses are personalized for any level and age, following a systematic process. Topics include: portraiture, the human figure, anatomy, still life, landscapes, the science of light and shadow, drawing/painting techniques, color theory, perspective, design, etc. I am also open to collaborations for workshops in any city—art classes on various themes such as classical and realistic, impressionist, or even modern approaches, all based on principles learned from Old Masters’ techniques. These are systems and procedures taught only in Florence, where I also studied for a period. These techniques are not commonly known or practiced in schools in Romania.
