About Me
I started my career as a food engineer and I am now a Scientist and an award-winning researcher with a Master's degree in Viticulture and Oenology. I have been in the F&B sector for 8 years, especially in wine industry.
I have been involved in projects such as advanced sensory sciences, sustainable food production and product development and beverage innovation. I am also continuing my WSET 3 training.
In my spare time besides having fun of travelling, learning international cuisines and jogging, I am a tutor and I aim to share my knowledge with people and help them with their challenges.
