About Me

I am an Italian enologist and sommelier, I have worked as a sommelier and as winemaker and I am now living in Switzerland where I finished my studies. At the moment I am working as phd in an oenology school in Switzerland. I hope to become a teacher one day because teaching is something that motivates me. I love to spread knowledge and to teach things to people, to enrich them with fresh knowledge and to exchange knowledge. I am passionate about food, cooking and gardening.
