English is a core subject that is needed by everyone studying in the UK. This course will support and tutor students in English Language and English Literature.
In this course, I will be teaching based on the AQA exam board but can be adapted to meet the student's needs.
The novels/plays for this course are:
--> Macbeth
--> An Inspector Calls
--> A Christmas Carol
However, these can also be adapted to the student's needs, based on what they are studying at school.
I will also help students revise Poetry for their exams.
I will provide lots of resources and revision materials.
I will boost the student's confidence in this subject.

About Me

I am a fun, enthusiastic and creative person who likes to make jokes but can be serious when needed. I take pride in making sure my students are interested in what they are learning and take notice of when they may be struggling. I'm the type of person who gives friendly reminders and motivation to the people I work with.
My lessons are well planned and full of fun activities. I would teach like how a professional teacher teaches in a classroom. First I will support students with any English homework they may have (if they want to) and then ill start my lesson. I teach using presentations and online worksheets. I have lots of resources to offer for students of different levels.

I have completed my primary educations, my secondary education, and have completed my first year at college studying health and social care. I am now studying business for my second year at college.

I have experience with kids as I've worked in a nursery. I was also a wellbeing ambassador at my college. I have passed my maths, English and science GCSEs.
