Hello, Currently sales manager of an organic wine estate in the south of France, I followed a master's degree specializing in wine and spirits trade in Dijon. I have the opportunity to explain to you the composition of the French vineyard, its history, its appellations, the different grape varieties and their aromatic differences, but also how to understand a label / bottle between appellation, cuvée, winemaker, origin and characteristics. It is also possible to present the differences between conventional / organic / biodynamic farming and vinification, but also to approach the notion of natural wine.
