I create my own materials tailored to your level and goals, and I can also supplement lessons with online worksheets or teach from a textbook if you prefer — you’ll participate in the lesson directly from the book without me providing copies.

The first lesson will allow you to experience my teaching style and get comfortable with the format before moving on to longer lessons. Lessons are tailored to kids, teens, or adults, so each session is adapted to your goals and learning style. I teach lessons in English or German, depending on what’s most comfortable for you.

Hi! I'm Laura, and I help students speak and write English confidently. My lessons are fun, interactive, and tailored to each student's level. I'm patient, encouraging, and bring creativity and energy to make learning enjoyable. I also speak a little German, and can explain concepts if needed. Let's start your English journey together!

I am a native English speaker from the United States with a lifelong immersion in English through schooling, daily communication, and written work. My background includes developing strong reading, writing, and speaking skills and understanding how English is used naturally in real-life contexts.

I am a native English speaker from the United States with extensive experience helping learners improve their English speaking, writing, and confidence. Most of my ESL teaching has taken place in Central America, where I worked with children and adults in schools, churches, and community events, while a few classes were conducted in the U.S. I continue to assist with ESL classes and workshops. My experience learning other languages, such as Spanish, gives me valuable insight into how students acquire new languages, allowing me to tailor lessons effectively to each learner’s level and goals.
