Throughout my career, I have worked with learners from diverse cultural, linguistic, and professional backgrounds, teaching English in universities, international schools, and companies around the world.

The language courses aim to help some pupils who have difficulties in German and English by giving them the opportunity to ask questions about what they did not understand in class in order to receive additional help and customized. I can adapt my lessons according to the needs of the student and give certain playful exercises if they are motivated to work outside the lessons.
Homework help allows children to better understand what they did not understand in class to continue learning on solid foundations. I can also prepare exercises according to their needs.

I speak German and English fluently and also Japanese (Japanese only linguistically). So I grew up in Japan and can therefore speak Japanese. I went to an international German school and therefore speak German fluently. Later, when I was 13, I went to an English school and from 13 to high school I only spoke and wrote English. So, so to speak, I have an English Abitur.

Trilingual university student (French, German, English), tutor of high school and college students (primary and secondary) for more than 7 years (mainly in mathematics, accounting and German), I approach the subject in a structured and organized manner. I have also been a substitute many times in primary and secondary school.

Teaching method:
I usually start by briefly introducing the subject and finding an example. I don't want to overload my students or disgust them. I then show how to succeed in the exercises by explaining step by step the procedure. I give objectives which help to visualize the expectations for an assured and autonomous success.

I then remain available for questions but I impose a large series of exercises (to practice drill), because it is for me not only to understand but also to learn. If you are a beginner, do not worry, my goal is that each student I help can feel comfortable and evolve.
