About Me

Hello! My name is Joey and I was born and raised in Norway, but is speak english fluently. I have been in Japan for about two years now and am studying international relations in english at Tokyo International University. I have been an english teacher for over a year, mostly for younger children age 2-10, but I have also worked with adults in the past. I mostly do conversation practice as well as grammar and prononciation correction. I am also able to help people in school with homework and/or projects.

It is such a pleasure for me to travel and meet new people from different places. In Canada I started an Eikaiwa for International students from Asia to learn and spend time with English native speakers to help their studies. I moved to Tokyo in 2019 and I am pleased to continue to meet new people and help them with their English. I enjoy reading, music, American football and spicy food.
