Cello lessons. The best instrument you can choose!

Cello lessons. The best instrument you can choose!

EN below IT The most important thing for me is listening to music. If you are studying music as a hobby or in preparation for your professional career, we will help you achieve the greatest efficiency and get the most out of it by making our job easier. It is clear that learning music requires discipline and work, but can be interesting and expandable. The flexibility lies in the main features of my classes: My goal for my graduates is that they need a digital method that they have to adapt to their personal attitude and style. The offer of classes for individuals and private groups of all students and the duration of the course are also flexible and depend on the training of the student (most of the little ones that Suelen was able to aprovechar in the last media lessons). Classes can be in Spanish, English, Dutch or Greek. Language and music theory are presented in all classes, but in an organic form and with a lot of immersion in practice. ¡No people interested in contacting the site! :) :) EN The most important thing for me is having fun learning music. Whether you're studying music as a hobby or preparing for your professional career, we focus on being as efficient as possible, learning as much as possible, and having a good time while doing it. Of course, learning music requires discipline and hard work, but it can be done in an interesting and satisfying way. Flexibility is my main characteristic: my goal is to give you what you need through a dynamic method that adapts to your personality and your specific learning style. I offer both individual lessons and group lessons for people of all ages. The duration of the lessons is flexible and there is also the possibility of combining the lesson content between cello, piano and music theory. We can speak in English, Dutch, Greek or Spanish. Music theory will be present in a natural and organic way in all lessons. Contact me if you are interested! :)

Digital SAT Preparation Support from a 1540 Scorer

Digital SAT Preparation Support from a 1540 Scorer

TL;DR: If you're preparing for the Digital SAT and need guidance, I'm here to help. I scored 1540 (750 in English, 790 in Math) and am currently studying Quantum Technology at Aalto University on a scholarship. Here's everything you need to know: About Me I’m currently a first-year bachelor’s student at the School of Science in Aalto University, where I secured a highly competitive full-tuition scholarship thanks to my SAT score (1540: Math 790, English 750). I’ve been an SAT tutor for over a year now, teaching both group classes and one-on-one sessions. In total, I’ve helped more than 70 students reach their SAT goals. Back in Bangladesh, I worked as an SAT instructor at Mentors' and developed the SAT teaching curriculum at Noetic. With this experience under my belt, I’ve designed a teaching method that’s effective, flexible, and, most importantly, tailored to you. How My Classes Work The SAT is all about finding patterns and mastering the "game". My classes are structured to help you do exactly that. In each class, I will teach you some theoretical basics first and then make you go through some actual SAT problems related to those basics. It's not about me showing you how to solve, rather it's about making you capable to think like a 1500+ scorer. In the process, I'll observe your thought process and give feedback on where you are going wrong and what you doing right. Sounds impressive? Here’s the class breakdown: English Classes Words in Context Text Structure and Purpose Cross-Text Connections Central Ideas and Details Command of Evidence (Textual, Quantitative) Inferences Boundaries Form, Structure, and Sense Rhetorical Synthesis Transitions Math Classes Algebra: 3 sessions Advanced Math: 3 sessions Problem Solving and Data Analysis: 3 sessions Geometry and Trigonometry: 2 sessions Don’t worry; the number of classes is flexible. If you’re already confident in certain topics, we’ll skip them and focus on what needs improvement. This isn’t a cookie-cutter course—it’s all about what works best for you. Logistics Duration: Each class is 1.5 hours. Preferred Schedule: After 6 PM (but we can discuss). Class Options: Online (Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams) or in-person (either at Aalto University, my place, or yours (applicable for Espoo and Helsinki)). Why Choose Me? Sure, there are tons of SAT prep courses out there. But when you hit a wall or feel like your progress has plateaued, that’s where I come in. You'll choose me because — a) I have a high score, so I know how to crack this. b) I have taken the SAT on Oct, 2023 and since then taught more than 70 students all over the world. So, I am updated with the curriculum and process. c) I am already studying in a reputed university with scholarship leveraging my SAT score. So, I can guide through the admission process (be it in Europe or US) as well. d) I am a no bullshit guy. If you need 2/3 classes only, that's fine. If you need 20 classes, that's also fine. I am here to make money but not to exploit. So, I offer huge flexibility. I’ll help you: Identify the SAT’s patterns and tricks. Focus on your weak areas while leveraging your strengths. Understand the nuances of scoring 1500+. Navigate college admissions (both in the U.S. and Europe). Plus, if you’re up for it, you’ll get free life advice and philosophical discussions along the way. (Yes, seriously.) What My Students Say A lot of my students start off feeling stuck and overwhelmed but end up feeling confident and in control. They’ve told me that my approach is not just practical and effective, but surprisingly enjoyable too! The SAT isn’t just a test—it’s a challenge you can conquer with the right mindset and strategies. Ready to Get Started? Whether you’re aiming for a 1200 or pushing for a 1550+, I’m here to help you achieve your goals. Let’s make this happen together. Reach out, and let’s chat about how I can support your SAT journey. Looking forward to hearing from you!

“ I have been taking private lessons from Joao for more than 6 months and I am completely thrilled with it! Although I am a beginner in piano, I can see that Joao is very knowledgeable in his field. What I like most is that he utilizes technology very effectively to help me understand tricky theoretical concepts. He also prepares tailored exercises for me, which makes me feel very valued. He really puts his time in preparing homeworks and supplementary documents even before and after the class to be sure that I understand what he is teaching. Joao is also quite responsive. He is very flexible in terms of the course content and willing to adapt to my changing needs over time. Still, as a teacher, he keeps in mind what foundations I need to build and he does not lose track of what I want as an ultimate goal, so he comes with a structured curriculum that I realize over time. I can only recommend Joao if you are looking for a dedicated piano teacher who loves what he does. ”

“ Lorette was great! In Nice with my daughter who is taking AP French in Seattle. Lorette met us at a local cafe and quickly narrowed in on my daughter (and my) level of French competency. She struck a nice balance of correcting mistakes and allowing the conversation to flow naturally. By the end of the day she had followed up via email with some exercises and grammar resources that were relevant to our lesson. Highly recommend Lorette if you're in Nice (or looking for a great French tutor online). We would likely continue with her online were it not for the 9 hour timezone difference. Merci beaucoup Lorette! ”

“ Anri is an excellent teacher: thanks to being very attentive, she adapted immediately to my level and speed of learning. We instantly found a set-up perfectly matching my goals combining both online and in person lessons in Naha. I was very surprised to hear that she only just started teaching last year as her style of teaching felt very experienced. Anri clearly loves her work and that makes all the difference. Just like Okinawa, she is a real sunshine person. ”
