Classes of French, English and Dutch for all levels!Translate this text using Google Translate.

I am a Belgian (Flemish) and French student with a Masters in International Public Law (Amsterdam) and a Masters in Global development (University of Copenhagen). World traveler, I have lived in Thailand, Denmark, Greece, the Netherlands, US, Switzerland and many more countries, where I both dtudies and worked as a legal advisor. I have been tutoring since 2017, both in person, in schools and online, since 2017, I have been working with around 250 students, located everywhere in the world! Here is an overview of my previous tutoring experience: 2022-Now: Online tutoring on Apprentus, (approx 12h/week). 2023: Tutor of Dutch at Varady Language school in Geneva 2021-2022: I worked at "bijlesthuis," a Dutch tutoring institution, where I primarily taught French, Dutch, and English to adult learners seeking to improve their language skills. During the same period, I also provided classes to other students through Apprentus. 2021: Through Apprentus and other websites, I assisted several younger students (ages 5-15) in Bern and Geneva, helping them improve their skills in subjects such as Maths and French. 2017-2020: I worked for three years at a tutoring institution in Geneva called ARA, where I primarily taught French, Mathematics, and English. During this time, I also spent two years working at a private school called Florimont, where I supported students aged 11-16 across various subjects by assisting them with their homework. I can teach French, Dutch, and English, Spanish and in German, and I thoroughly enjoy teaching and assisting students in their progress and acquisition of new skills. As a person, I am flexible, calm, and positive. I am excited to meet you and look forward to working with you! Amélie

My lessons help you move beyond simply copying code or using models as “black boxes.” You will learn how to define the problem correctly, prepare the data, select an appropriate algorithm, understand how it works, train and evaluate the model, diagnose errors, improve performance, and interpret results rigorously and responsibly. Each lesson is personalized according to your current level, mathematical background, programming experience, dataset, university work, research project, interview preparation, or professional objective. We begin by identifying your existing knowledge, software environment, expected outcomes, and main conceptual or technical difficulties. We then establish a structured learning plan. The first lesson combines a discussion of your background, objectives, and tutoring needs; an initial assessment of your current knowledge; personalized planning and organization of future sessions; and a short trial lesson to determine the most effective learning approach. A typical session may include conceptual explanation, development of mathematical intuition, live coding, guided implementation, model evaluation, technical problem solving, and a concise summary of the next steps. You may work with your own dataset, university assignment, research project, or professional problem, provided that confidential information is handled appropriately. I can also provide structured examples and datasets suited to your level. My goal is not simply to help you run an algorithm. It is to help you understand why it is appropriate, how it learns from data, how to evaluate it correctly, why it may fail, and how to build a reliable, interpretable, and scientifically rigorous solution.

Ai is a wonderful teacher. She's great at explaining all sorts of grammatical concepts and she's sweet with a good sense of humour to boot. I definitely recommend everyone who's interested in learning how to speak, write or read Japanese to consider taking lessons from her. If you're motivated and do the assigned homework, you'll make a lot of progress in a very small period of time. It's only been two weeks, but I already feel like my Japanese has improved considerably!

Cristina is an outstanding teacher! she gave a cooking class to my 11 year old daughter (via webcam) and it worked very well: my daughter was delighted (and kept her smile for the rest of the day!), and the rest of the family enjoyed the result which was really delicious :-). Cristina is very enthousiast, organised and dynamic and she kept my daughter totally concentrated on her task during the entire lesson; A big thank you!

Ms. Zakia is very well versed in teaching the French language. She delivered the lessons in a simple manner and direct to the point. In addition she made the session very interactive, engaging and informative.I enjoyed her teaching style and the commitment towards her student.
