French student living in Montreal, laureate of a scientific baccalaureate specialty mathematics obtained with honors and now in aircraft flight studies.
I was at Polytechnique Montreal for 2 years, but I quit for lack of interest and am now learning to fly. Always proficient in mathematics and physical sciences, I feel capable of helping on a primary or secondary level, because these are things that interest me and that I enjoy doing.
I am comfortable in French, it is my mother tongue, and quite comfortable in English to help on this too, my flying lessons are in English, and I also practice it a lot on my side in the everyday life.

About Me
French emigrant for more than 5 years now, I live in Montreal and learn to fly to make my job.
I am a musician, a fan of cinema, music, science and everything related to space and aeronautics. I like being able to share my knowledge, help someone who wants to progress, understand what the student does not understand, find the right way to explain it, are very stimulating activities for me.
Education
Baccalaureate scientific series (French system) mathematical specialty,
Currently at Cargair, in flight training. I was at Polytechnique Montreal for 2 years, but I left for lack of interest and to flourish in my new field of study.
Experience / Qualifications
I don't have a lot of teaching experience, I introduced friends to the guitar, and when I was in school I would sometimes help my classmates to understand new concepts, but my experience ends there.

My typical course would go like this:
First meeting: Familiarization with the instrument, the basics, what is a chord, tuning the guitar, etc.
Then: At each lesson a little theory, always applied, and obviously practice, learn pieces and / or repeat those already learned, to measure the progress of the student. At the end of the course I would give technical advice, things to practice or listen to if the student wants to go further. I don't intend to make myself indispensable, on the contrary I want to give the basics so that you can manage and have fun as quickly as possible.
One meeting per week is the best to have rapid progress, but I also adapt to the needs and capacities of the student, the main thing is that the guitar is always a pleasure, and never a chore!

Guitarist with 9 years of experience, having already played in several groups and associations, often specialized in rhythm, but also sometimes soloist. I still participate in jam sessions from time to time.
I myself learned with a particular teacher for the basics before continuing as an autodidact, but the best training remains to play in a real group.
I can initiate you or consolidate your bases and make you practice by making you play with me.
I always take my students' tastes into account because I think you have to like what you do to want to progress, so I don't force them to work on a style or songs that they don't like.

I will teach you:
- to read tablatures,
- the basics of music theory such as scales,
- the notion of rhythm and how to hold it,
- different rhythmic and solo techniques, as well as playing with fingers or with a plectrum (= a pick)

I have an electric guitar and an electro-acoustic one, whatever your style, I can teach you to play on electric or on acoustic. I also have a little knowledge on the material side of guitars and accessories, how to choose the right material is also important!

Mathematics, a fundamental discipline which requires a lot of skill and rigor from an early age, is our focal point par excellence for forging scientists. Likewise the physical sciences which are the applications of the first gray of the sciences. I am an experienced middle and secondary school teacher of Mathematics with over 10 years of experience. I took on several challenges with students losing their bearings or lacking self-confidence with distance school supervision. Teaching science is a profession of passion, a burden that we are not very passionate about. I am very available and very attached to the smiles of a student and his parents filled with joy by satisfaction. At your disposal to take up major challenges.

Thank you

I am currently a RF Antenna Passive inter modulation (PIM) test scientist, QC, Canada. Previously a Postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at the Department of Engineering Physics at Polytechnique Montréal.
I got my PhD in engineering physics at Polytechnique Montreal in December 2021.
I completed my BSc studies in Physics in 2013 and subsequently, I got my MSc degree in Physics in 2015 (Physics for Instrumentation and Technology Program, University of Tor Vergata, Rome Italy).
I started to give private classes (Physics and Math) to younger students in 2008 when completing my pre-university studies.
Back then, and, afterward, during my graduate studies, I had the opportunity to improve my tutoring skills by helping college students and undergrads to prepare for tests, exams, as well as writing research proposals and thesis.
Teaching is my passion and I will be glad to help the students to clear their doubts and let them overcome the obstacles that quite often pop up when facing scientific subjects. My primary objective is to make the students autonomous by showing them the proper methodology to study and succeed in science.

Master of law student and holder of a scientific baccalaureate, I offer my services for students with the aim of progressing in the proposed disciplines, in a fun way. The best way to learn is to think of learning as a game. To overload the student and to feed him with surplus information is not at all in my philosophy. I adapt to the needs of the students while trying to be as efficient as possible for them.

When it comes to French, it is undeniably easy for me to pass on this knowledge given that I am of French origin and that my passion for law has helped me develop my writing.

Regarding mathematics, I have solid knowledge that can go up to university level thanks to my academic background and a parent teacher of mathematics.

Finally with regard to law, this subject is the most used in my daily life because I aspire to become a lawyer in the near future.

Looking forward to being able to pass on all my know-how to those who want it.

👨‍🎓 With 5 years of experience in distance and in-person teaching, I am a mathematics teacher specializing in tutoring and private lessons. I also teach physics, chemistry, and science subjects in general.

I hold a Master's degree in Operations Research (Applied Mathematics) and I have been teaching private lessons for over 5 years, mainly mathematics for middle and high school levels.

✏ I have taught students from different schools, whether public, private, following the French program (mission), Belgian, Swiss, Spanish (students from French-speaking or English-speaking Spanish schools) or American. In summary, all French or English programs.

✏ I support students from A to Z in all stages of their learning, using a simple, new generation and effective methodology: explanation of lessons, summary of lessons, application and deepening exercises, etc.

✏ I also prepare students for exams and competitions.

✏ I also support students with their homework (homework help).

✏ All my students have made extraordinary progress and achieved their goals, with grades of 16, 17, 18 or 19 out of 20.

Sessions usually take place as follows:

1️⃣ The first sessions are mainly intended to assess the level of the student in order to determine the shortcomings noted.

2️⃣ Then we make a plan to fill those gaps: number of hours of work required, parts of the lessons to focus on, lots of training and development exercises, etc.

3️⃣ We make sure to stay up to date with the student's class teacher to track their progress and align our work with what is being taught in class.

4️⃣ Then I provide exams similar to what may be offered in class.

5️⃣ Upon request, I write a monthly report to keep parents informed of their child's level throughout the course.

I also adapt my methodology according to the needs of each student, which means that everyone has a personalized working method adapted to their needs!

I also offer crash courses for those preparing for the start of the school year, so that they start the year well prepared 💪 and with a head start on the program.🧠
