I believe that the learning process of every language can be extremely fun and enjoyable as long as you're willing to submit to and immerse yourself in the world of language. Chinese, in particular, is a fascinating language with intricate nuances behind the meaning, beautiful calligraphy art behind the writing, and a long and rich history behind the words. That is why, I want to be open-minded and democratic about the course setup. It can be anything that you want: traditional teaching of characters, spellings, grammars; fun conversation practice; Chinese literature analysis,; modern Chinese pop culture discussion...... I want you to be in charge of what you learn and how you learn, and ultimately to be able to enjoy learning Chinese. Something about me: I'm a currently master student in a major named "Economics and Management in Arts, Culture, Media, and Entertainment (extremely long name but just as interesting)" at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. I'm a native Chinese speaker but I've had many years of experience living abroad and studying and working in English, which is why my primary teaching language will be English. I'm also bad at self-introduction, if you want to know more about me, just book a session ;)

I am a native English speaker and am learning to speak Italian as well (as I am a medical student in Milan), so I can help both children and adults learn English from scratch or just help students refine their pronunciation and grammar. I can help with reading, writing and speaking English as well. Having grown up speaking English in the USA and the UK, I can help with identifying subtle differences between the two forms of English and can teach the student about some of the nuances which native speakers use more than foreign speakers to help them speak and understand English like a true native speaker! I am available for both in person classes and Skype classes
