About Me
Hello! My name is Jordi and I am a Spanish Language and Literature teacher. After completing my academic training in Spain—with a degree in Cinematography, a Master's in Humanities, and a Master's in Teacher Training—I am currently continuing my research career while living in Italy.
My teaching approach goes beyond traditional grammar: I like to approach language teaching from a living, cultural perspective. In my classes, we combine linguistic precision with the analysis of culture, art, and film, creating a dynamic, rigorous learning environment tailored to each student's needs.
If you're looking to improve your Spanish, prepare for an official exam, or simply communicate fluently and naturally, I'd be delighted to guide you through the process. Let's get started!

Education
I hold a degree in Cinematography from ESCAC (UB), a Master's degree in Teacher Training (UNIR), and a Master's degree in Humanities (UOC). I am currently pursuing my doctoral research at the UOC on Mediterranean literature and culture, combining academic rigor with audiovisual language and a passion for teaching.
Experience / Qualifications
My professional and academic career lies at the intersection of teaching, the humanities, and audiovisual creation. With a degree in Cinematography from ESCAC and a Master's in Teacher Training (UNIR), I have worked as a teacher of Spanish Language, Audiovisual Culture, and Art History at the secondary and high school levels.
My teaching experience extends beyond traditional grammar and literature instruction; I draw on my background in audiovisual media and artistic production to offer a multidisciplinary learning experience. In the classroom, I work on linguistic communication through text analysis, creative expression, and the use of visual and cinematic language as a tool for cultural understanding.
In addition to my pedagogical background, I have a research profile—I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Mediterranean culture and literature at the UOC—and extensive experience in the cultural and sound sectors. This combination of academic rigor, teaching practice, and real-world experience in the creative field allows me to easily connect with students, adapting the content to their interests and fostering critical and expressive thinking.
