I have a degree in Translation and Interpreting and a Cambridge-certified C1 level in English. I completed my work placement at an English academy, where I taught English to children of all ages and with very diverse needs. I have also given online English lessons and in-person Spanish conversation classes, both for adults at an upper-intermediate level. Therefore, I believe my qualifications, experience, and level allow me to help people of all ages and levels achieve their learning goals: whether you need refresher classes, exam preparation, conversation practice, or are starting from scratch, count on me!

About Me

I've always had a natural affinity for languages, whether English or my native Spanish. This passion led me to study Translation and Interpreting. My studies have taught me that the primary purpose of language is communication and that culture and language are inextricably linked. Therefore, I believe that my training in both my foreign and native languages, combined with my experience, allows me to adapt to each student's level and help them achieve their goals. I enjoy tailoring my approach to individual interests and innovating in my teaching methods to make classes more engaging and facilitate learning. Interested in teaching?

You will learn to read, speak and write in English in less than 4 months. I build personalised lesson plans according to each student's level and learning style. I believe that in order to learn something it needs to be interesting and fun. For the teacher and the student:)
In my class we would be practising English through games and activities, building slide shows, writing short stories and exploring the world around us.

"My primary skill is the ability to build 'learning communities' where students feel safe, motivated, and excited to learn. I am an expert in lesson planning and curriculum design, capable of tailoring materials for undergraduate, graduate, and adult learners. My background as a Director of Studies at Babel and as a business owner has equipped me with exceptional organizational and administrative abilities; I am as comfortable managing student records and extracurricular activities as I am leading a classroom.
