About Me

I like to work hard at what I do and be intentional with the ways I approach problems. I love to collaborate with others in whatever setting I find myself in; be it writing an academic thesis or playing for a soccer team, I thrive in settings where I can interact freely with others and build off our shared ideas.

In my free time, I like to read, watch Spanish television, and spend time outside with friends. I love to rock climb, ice climb, ski, and run, and I have completed multiple ultra-marathons in Patagonia and the United States. I hope to do all of these things while I am in Spain!

I have taught both English and Spanish to college students, high schoolers, and children alike for the past four years, and I am excited to share those skills with you. Learning a language is a lifelong endeavor, and I firmly believe that conversing with others in their native tongue is one of the most surefire ways to establish connections across cultures.
