However in my own personal experience I found that its true what they say: practise does make it perfect. I am a bilingual student looking to enlarge my teaching experience and sharing tips and tricks with those who are eager to improve (or begin) their relationship with the English language.

I can offer English tutoring for grades 3 through to DP2 in IB English. I passed the IB with a consistent 7 in English Language and Literature (the highest English course available) and received full marks for most of my assignments. I can help with fundamental concepts, understanding of what is expected to meet the IB's requirements, and how to answer the questions and do the assignments to meet the specific expectations of the IB. I am also available to help with the completion of assignments (in terms of guiding, correcting, and suggestions) and with whatever course work is assigned (including any books that are assigned.)

NB: If the work with which I am to help is related to an assigned reading book, please inform me of the book in advance so that I can do some preparatory work.

I provide tutoring and homework support for English. This does not only concern English grammar, spelling and vocabulary, but also reading comprehension, literature and translation theories.

In my lessons I focus entirely on what you need help with. For example, if you would like extra explanation about things you run into, or would like guidance with homework or when preparing a paper, a book summary or a speaking assignment, I would be happy to help you with that!

I keep the classes flexible. For example, these can always be canceled and they do not have to be scheduled with much time in advance. I want to keep my relationship with the student and parents personal, as I am only a student myself.

MY EXPERIENCE
As a native French speaker, I know the beauty and poetry of the language inside and out, and I’m excited to share it with anyone curious to dive in. As for English, I was raised in an international school environment where English was a core part of my education from childhood through high school. Learn English with me, Lorenzo, a native English speaker from London with over 6 years English teaching experience and a CELTA qualification.
