Traditional Hebrew education in the old Yishuv of Jerusalem. Total immersion from childhood in the rigorous study of classical, biblical, and Talmudic texts (Yeshiva). I am bilingual in Hebrew and Yiddish from birth, and I have a perfect grasp of the historical and mystical roots of the language, far removed from the classic academic format.
