About Me
My name is Marie and I am from Paris. I started my musical studies at the age of 5, then I studied the flute with F. Chatoux, solo flutist at the Paris Opera. After obtaining the highest study prize at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris by N. Rozat, I joined the class of P. Grehl at Musik HSLU Luzern in the summer of 2018. In the summer of 2021, I finished my studies bachelor's degree at Pirmin Grehl in Lucerne and I am currently continuing my studies in music pedagogy with Pirmin Grehl as well as with Sarah Rumer in preparation for orchestra competitions. I twice won first prize in national competitions in France and Switzerland.

I want to pass on my passion and my skills to anyone who wants to play this wonderful instrument, whether to support the teacher at the conservatory or for your own pleasure.
I adapt to each person's personality, their musical desires for the repertoire and their objective.
I will accompany you as far as you wish, in the pleasure of music, diligence and good humor!

My name is Marie and I'm originally from Paris. I began my music studies at the age of 5 and then studied flute with F. Chatoux, the principal flutist of the Paris Opera. After receiving the highest study award at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris from N. Rozat, I joined P. Grehl's class in music at the HSLU Lucerne in the summer of 2018. In the summer of 2021, I completed my bachelor's degree with Pirmin Grehl in Lucerne and am currently completing my music education studies at
Pirmin Grehl with a minor in orchestra under Sarah Rumer. I have won first prize twice in national competitions in France and Switzerland.

I would like to pass on my passion and skills to everyone who wants to play this wonderful instrument, whether to support the teacher at the conservatory or for your own enjoyment.
I adapt to each individual's personality, their musical wishes for the repertoire and their goals.
I will accompany you as far as you wish, with fun with music, hard work and a good mood!

You didn't relocate to Switzerland to speak textbook French.

Whether you're navigating deals across the Röstigraben, preparing for a board meeting in Geneva, or simply building the professional credibility that comes with confident spoken French — I help you get there efficiently and without wasted effort.

I'm a native French speaker, based in Zug, with a professional background spanning security, entrepreneurship, and the Swiss business environment. My lessons are built around your reality: your industry, your level, your schedule.

This isn't classroom French. It's the language your Swiss-romand clients actually speak, the phrasing that signals competence in a meeting, the confidence to stop second-guessing yourself before you open your mouth.

What we work on:

→ Professional conversations and negotiations in French
→ Business vocabulary specific to your sector (finance, real estate, law, tech)
→ Swiss-French cultural nuances — what separates fluent from merely correct
→ Pronunciation and rhythm for native-level fluency
→ DELF/DALF preparation if certification is part of your goals

Who I work with:

Executives, founders, and senior professionals based in Zürich and Zug. Typically C1-adjacent learners who know enough French to get by — but not enough to feel sharp. Also strong intermediates (B1–B2) who are serious about accelerating.

Format:

90-minute focused sessions, with optional preparation materials between sessions. In-person in Zug/Zürich, or remote via video. I work with a limited number of students at any one time to keep quality high.

First session is a diagnostic conversation — no textbook, no homework, just a real exchange to calibrate where we start and where we're going.
