I will be happy to make you discover and teach you the practice of skateboarding. This so-called "extreme" sport is a discipline requiring various skills and abilities:

Whether you want to start from scratch or perfect your glide, I will do my best to make you enjoy your board, whatever your sensitivity, in a patient, constructive, fun and safe learning process :)

We will cover different types of terrain (skatepark and street) while experiencing the different sensations (speed, jumps, balance, personal satisfaction) that this beautiful discipline can provide in Antwerp, Brussels or Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve.

This class is for those who wish to learn how to swim or improve their swimming in all four strokes, frontcrawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. As well working on the fundamentals of body position kicking and breathing.

I have been swimming competitively for 12 years and have trained with and been coached by many olympians! I have fallen in love with the sport of swimming which one can continue to do at any age and any fitness level. It is a great exercise to feel good and have fun while doing it. I hope to help transmit this to you on your swimming journey.

A swimming course where you’ll learn everything from getting comfortable in the water (floating, body awareness, underwater vision, breathing) to swimming independently. You’ll also get to know and improve the basic techniques of breaststroke, front crawl, and safe diving into the water.

Of course, there will be plenty of water games and fun activities to make the experience even more enjoyable.
