About Me
I am an NHS fully qualified mindfulness teacher, who has worked in secondary schools as a class teacher for over 14 years. I have seen the stresses of life increase and increase year on year and decided to retrain as a mindfulness teacher to help myself and my pupils cope better with these stresses.I am also a Geography teacher who runs the Duke of Edinburgh award program at my school and have extensive experience teaching GCSE and A-Level in State, Private and International schools for 14 years. I also have a huge amount of experience running field trips and teaching survival and navigation skills, running expeditions in the UK and overseas, such as a 3-week outdoor expedition in the Canadian Rockies.

Learn how to deal with everyday stress and be more able to cope with the ups and downs of modern life. I am an NHS fully qualified mindfulness teacher, who has worked in secondary schools as a class teacher for over 14 years.
