About Me
I believe it’s never too late — or too early — to start. Hi, I’m Phuong “Phoebe”, a passionate fashion illustrator and designer. Seven years ago, I was a beginner with no clear path, just a love for fashion and a sketchbook. Since then, I’ve graduated from Otis College of Art and Design and earned my master’s from Parsons School of Design. I’ve worked with brands like Fendi, Revolve, and Theory — and I’ve seen firsthand that art and fashion can truly become a career. I’m here to help you take that first step.
