Online piano lessons are now available. I’m a concert pianist with many years of experience teaching piano for all levels of children and adults. I hold a Masters's degree from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance where I was awarded a scholarship and many awards.

About Me
Eva is an internationally acclaimed artist who has performed in many concerts in Latvia and the UK both as a soloist and accompanist. Ieva began playing by ear and improvise on the piano at the age of 4. When Ieva was five years old, she entered Riga’s 4th music school where she began to learn the piano with teacher Signe Docile. She played in her first competition (Young talents of Latvia) at age of 6 and at age of 7 gave concert in Salzburg, Austria.
She has participated in many Latvian and international festivals and concerts. At the age of 14, she started her studies at Jazepa Medina high school, where her teacher was Gunta Boza. In those years she won several international piano competitions (Marocco, Italy, Latvia). Ieva has taken part in a number of international piano masterclasses with professors that include Aldona Dvarionaite, Justas Dvarionas, Dzintra Erliha, Juris Kalnciems, Oleg Mantur, Wihan quartet with trio Havvah, Penelope Roskell, Graeme Humphrey, Sergey Senkov, Pascal Roge.
She is particularly interested in 20th century and contemporary music. Ieva have been working with living composers.Recently she played Latvian composer E.Esenvalds ‘’Landscape of the Sea’’ and British composer Caroline Heslop ‘’Flight’’. She won 1st prize in Stratford Music festival in contemporary music class.
Ieva graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance (Bachelor of music with honours). She was awarded a TCM trust scholarship to start her studies here in London.
Recently she had solo recitals in National Maritime Museum, St Nicholas Church and St Andrew By the Wardrobe. She played piano part in Carl Orff Carmina Burana (arr. for soloists, choruses, 2 pianos and percussion). She is also playing in two trios - Havvah trio and Caliev trio.
September 2016 Ieva finished her postgraduate studies at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, in London, sponsored by the support of Trinity College London Scholarship and David Gosling Piano Scholarship.

Experience / Qualifications
I’m very passionate as a teacher and performer. I have many years of experience as a piano teacher, accompanist and performer. As a teacher I have experience working with children from different backgrounds and abilities. I always make sure I have individual approach to each student. I have experience preparing pupils for grade exams, concerts and festivals, also teaching music theory. I as well very important between student and teacher is communication and trust. I always try to inspire people, find for them new goals and challenges.
