Drawing, Painting and Colour studies lesson for beginners, students, adults and art enthusiast
From 67.28 C$ /h
I am a painter, weaver and researcher currently doing a PhD in textile research for trauma recovery.
For the past two years I have been on The Clothworkers Company of Weavers Award - developing my artistic practice at Cockpit Arts, London’s leading studios for contemporary crafts and the UK’s only business incubators for makers and designers.
In 2019, I graduated from an MA in Weave at the Royal College of Art. Since them, I have been mentoring students with building their portfolio and undertake research. Alongside my practice, I also teach drawing and painting for all levels. Painting is an expression of a state of mind, emotions and sensations. With the right tools and skills, it can become your language. I help my students building their aesthetic and gain confidence whether it is for leisure or professional purposes.
I sell my work on the online platform Zatista and have given talks on textile and mental health at the Craft Council.
I am also part of a research project with the Craft Council and Creative Europe.

About Me
I did my undergrad in Textile for Fashion which was followed by a short career in Fashion. I worked for designers including Alice Temperley, Jasper Conran and Alexander Wang in New York.
In 2017 I undertook an MA in Weave at the Royal College of Art. On the side of my studies, I was teaching Art and Crafts for children and adults. After graduating in 2019, I won The Clothworkers Company Award and join the Cockpit Arts community of Makers. There I developed my research textiles alongside my paintings.
I was then involved in mentoring students with developing their portfolio and their skills in drawing and painting for research purposes in Textiles.
I started selling my paintings in 2020 both on the online platform Zatista and from word of mouth. I gave talks with the Craft Council in 2021 and am currently working for a research program with them as well. I am starting a PhD this coming September.
