I am a professional dancer and teacher. My work ethics are very aligned with buddhism and want to help people to feel good in their own bodies, releasing trauma, blockages and tensions. This is an opportunity to also have a good time and be in touch with your emotions through movement.
I use the body to understand ourselves and our deepest thought process by truly connecting with the present moment. I use meditation and other techniques to help us drop the voices in our heads and create a free channel of connection with higher self. My intention is to help the body be the vessel it is and gain trust and confidence in who we are.

About Me
I am very energetic, enthusiastic and playful. Dancing is my passion and I love sharing my knowledge and wisdom with other souls. I am also very creative, compassionate, understanding and patience. I work in schools approaching the performing arts to the kids as well as teaching ballet after school club.
I enjoy working with people — especially those in need of creative therapy as part of their healing process. Dance is a beautiful way to reach people hearts, minds, and bodies.

Fine arts graduate in Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Classical and contemporary dance training at Escuela Mayor de Danza, Madrid Dance Centre and Víctor Ullate. Also trainig at The Place London, and Rambert.
