Hello, I was born and raised in Paris, France and I went to study and work in California for 5 years.
My career has been in the Media, mostly French television and a year ago, with the pandemic I decided it was time to live and work in Portugal, which the California of Europe !
I very much appreciate the kindness and civility of the Portuguese people.
I practice yoga absolute daily and have a very healthy diet and lifestyle in general. I can give numerous tips on this topic too !
