Learning new languages might not be that easy for some people, but with a good methodology and dynamic classes, everything is way more simple and possible. My classes are based on learning the language from the basics, learning about grammar, speaking, listening, writing, and reading. The intention is that you can learn the language completely. In addition, I only give customized classes that can be adapted to your needs. If you need to learn the language for any particular reason, let me know and I can adapt my classes so that you learn as perfect as possible and fulfill your purpose!

About Me

Hi! My name is Valeria. I am a Mexican 22 year old currently living in Lille, France. I have been giving English classes for 5 years now and I really enjoy it! I try to give my classes with a really dynamic methodology, so people can learn fast and easy. Also, what I find really amazing about personalized classes is that the student can really go learning by their main objectives.

Education

I am currently in my 4th year in college, studying for a Marketing and Business degree at ITESO, but this semester I am living an exchange program in Lille, France, at IESEG School of Management.

I gave English classes for 2 years to children from 7 to 14 years old at Zona Lingua, a language school by Tecnológico de Monterrey, a recognized University in Mexico.
Also, last summer I worked at a summer camp in Canada, giving cooking classes to Canadian and international kids.

Hello, I offer you my expertise and experience to (re) upgrade you in English.

Note that I am not this young student who had a good mark in the Baccalaureate or this other who is supposedly bilingual. I am a linguist by training and author of a textbook in this capacity. I have been teaching as a teacher in the National Education since 1995. Teaching cannot be improvised. It is not an activity that we do "like that". I offer you the fruit of my expertise and my experience as well as the perspective of an educational professional who knows the system perfectly from the "inside".

By the way, did you know that to have 10/20 in the Baccalaureate, it is enough to have level A2 (which is theoretically expected at the end of 3rd year) so I let you imagine the despair of students who are starting higher studies and who learn that they will have to obtain at least 750 in the TOEIC! (the equivalent of level B2!) to see their diploma approved.

2 tips for students:

"your TOEIC / IELTS score, it is from L1 that you must prepare it"

"if you want to be able to write - English read, understood and spoken in your CV - well it is also from L1 that you must train yourself to speak English, to read in English and of course to write.

* Daily monitoring possible via the internet: to learn modern foreign languages, it is always more profitable to work a little each day. It is possible to consider placing slots of 15 or 20 minutes of intensive work on one type of activity several times a week. * Each course is prepared according to your personal needs. Feedback is always given at the end of the session.
