About Me
In an ever-changing world where mastering languages is essential, I guide people through their French learning, in order to help them achieve their goals.
When I was a child, my friends used to call upon me when in doubt regarding a notion tackled during class. Today, as a French as a foreign langage teacher, I hand down my knowledge and culture while learning myself from people of different backgrounds.
I aim at fostering learners self-esteem and help them to overcome the difficulties they are facing when speaking in the target language, so that they are aware of their skills in this language and then make it easier for them to use that language. I think one of the biggest problems in language learning is the blockade learners face when speaking with native speakers. As a teacher who focuses on setting an atmosphere favourable for speaking liberation, I'm helping find solutions through using games in the language classroom, so that learners feel more comfortable when interacting in the target language. I also make use of a wide range of resources in order to make learners speak in their target language so that they become aware of their abilities.
Thus, I offer my services as a French teacher for students who are eager to learn french and I will adapt my teaching according to my student’s profile. Indeed, my adaptation to the students’ needs is placed in the forefront of my priorities.
What I love about this job is that I can see the effects of my teaching on students’ progress, this makes me feel useful and is an indicator of the quality of my teaching. What excites me most about what I do is observing learners enjoying their learning and speaking in the target language that is my mother tongue and sharing my culture with them in order to make them enjoy even more my language and my country.
