English courses for high school and elementary students

From 33 C$ /h

A few months before starting my third year in LLCE English (Foreign languages, literatures and civilizations), I offer courses in the language of Shakespeare in order to refresh yourself during the summer.

Please note: I am not a teacher. I am just a simple student who wants to help those who need it and want it. I do not have the infused science and it can happen that I do not have all the answers to all the questions. But if that reassures you, the last person to whom I gave lessons passed his oral exams. In addition, I think it can be much more sympathetic for a student to have help from someone young who has gone through the same difficulties a few years earlier.

My classes are made with joy and good humor, I am not there to put pressure on anyone. I will take stock with the student before the first lesson, just to see what he wants to improve on and if my help can be useful. Homework can possibly be requested if I consider it useful for my course and / or I feel that the student needs it, but nothing too complicated: the goal is to learn, not to overload the student during the holidays !

I think I have the level to help elementary and high school students, especially if the person is a beginner and needs to review everything from the beginning. I am patient and understanding, we have all been there. I can also, for the students of General Terminal, help prepare the oral exams for the Baccalaureate.

For now, my lessons are only scheduled for summer 2020, but this may change if more detailed help is needed. I am available for face-to-face lessons in Rouen and Lille, but the webcam lessons do not bother me at all.

I remain at your disposal for any questions.

About Me

• I give English lessons for elementary and high school students who need a refresher course during the summer or who need to review the basics that are problematic for them.
• I am only a student who wants to help those who need it in a good mood, education and sharing.

Education

In the third year of LLCE (Foreign languages, literatures and civilizations).
Also in my third year at the ESJ Lille Academy where I carry out a 3-year journalism training before trying my luck in the competitions.

Experience / Qualifications

I already gave English lessons a year ago for a high school student who wanted to join a business school. My courses allowed him to obtain a good grade in the Baccalaureate and to pass his oral English for his competition.

Specialized in teaching non-native languages, I teach FLE, English and Portuguese in a practical and easy way. In France as in Brazil, I have studied to teach these languages which gives me the advantage of being able to adapt to several types of learners and various contexts (private and / or group lessons, from Grandes Ecoles, universities, companies and training centers).

- As part of a Master's degree in French as a Foreign Language, I offer courses in this language at symbolic prices.

Classes will take place at home and all material is provided.

Are you looking for a qualified English teacher from England? You have the possibility to improve your English while being supervised by your teacher. You can work on your grammar, writing, speaking and pronunciation. Are you desperate to pass your exams, prepare yourself for an interview or correct an essay? Or do you want to go to an English school or follow an English programme? The teacher is open to your requests.
Maybe you want to share your English lesson with some of your friends? It is possible to form a group at a reduced price, tell me with whom you would like to form a group. ;-) If not, the lessons are also individualised (private).

All levels are welcome (beginners to university students)! The teacher will be happy to receive you. Lessons can also be delivered online, students even learn better when lessons are given via Skype (the teacher takes notes for you online), technology is so cool! :-)

Do you have a question? Don't worry, the teacher will be happy to answer you. Lessons usually last 50 minutes.

Classical university course up to the 3rd year of LLCER (Languages, Literatures and Foreign Civilizations). Holder of a Bachelor's degree in English LLCER from Lille 3 – Pont-de-Bois, I have experience in private tutoring, homework help and preparation for the English Baccalaureate.

My involvement in military administration allowed me to develop rigor, organizational skills, and administrative abilities. Now back in my home region, I wish to put my skills to use for the benefit of pupils and students.

Coming from a family background deeply involved in education—my father was a teacher himself—I have always maintained a genuine interest in knowledge transfer and academic support. Giving private lessons also represents a personal conviction for me: that of continuously maintaining and deepening my own linguistic and teaching skills.

25 years old, serious, responsive and attentive. Available in the evenings from 6:30pm, on a case-by-case basis for the weekend.

I would be delighted to give private English lessons. I have wanted to be an English teacher since I was very young. Last year, I spent eight months in England teaching French to students in their second and first years of secondary school to prepare them for their oral French exams.

I will therefore be able to help middle and high school students.

As a student at EDHEC Business School after two years of preparatory classes, I understand the expectations of the education system and will therefore be able to teach accordingly. I have developed effective learning methods throughout my own schooling, and I now wish to share them with those who are experiencing difficulties.
