Courses for all levels from 7 years old. Preparation for exams at the conservatory and academy.

Student at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (KCB) in jazz drums, I offer individual drums or two. With a certain experience of course, I am very attached to the pedagogy and wish to accompany the student in his learning by adapting my method according to this one.
I can teach at the student's home around Brussels every day, to arrange with my schedules of the conservatory.
The courses around Liège are possible under certain conditions, ask me your questions by message.

I propose an apprenticeship based on musicality and efficiency. Technical, certainly, but always in the service of music, songs that we want to play. Because is not this the primary goal of the apprentice drummer / learn to play his favorite songs? Then: join a group, and be able to place themselves effectively on compositions.

Pop, rock, funk, rockabilly, soul, RNB, blues, country, swing, disco, hard rock, electro, and more!

These courses are intended for children as well as adults.

I put at your disposal syllabuses with course notes and didactic videos.

Feel free to come with your own requests! Except for the extreme metal: I have nothing against, simply I am not expert in blast beat and co, I can nevertheless recommend experts in the field.

TIMES :

I teach:
- Monday and Tuesday in Chênée;
- Wednesday in Jupille;
- Friday at Cointe;
- Saturday and Sunday in Baelen.
Also :
- Organization of internships during school holidays;
- Ensemble course and learning modules "How to play with a bass player";
- Demos, interactive animations and clinics;
- Tuning, adjustments and maintenance;
- Member of the Belgian Society of Authors, Composers and Publishers.

I have been a musician for almost 20 years, multi-instrumentalist, composer and music teacher.
I give drum lessons (all levels) and guitar and bass lessons, beginner and intermediate level.
We start from your desires (learn a piece, learn theory, know how to improvise, discover different styles of music and games, work on techniques, etc.), it all depends on your desires and your motivation. Nothing is obligatory and the goal is above all to learn with pleasure!

Do not hesitate to contact me !

I give lessons of 1 hour, at home if necessary, for students of all levels and styles of play. My teaching covers both classical music and modern flute (jazz, etc.); the work done can focus on music of the student's choice, or I can simply redirect it to methods and scores if he wishes to work on them together. The idea is to progress, but above all to have fun, the two go hand in hand.

I give lessons in Liège.

This course is aimed at future guitarists and musicians. The objective of this course is to learn how to play the guitar without having theoretical knowledge, as well as to learn music theory, how to read a score, the notes and know the basic notions that make up music, you will learn a variety of tapping techniques for the guitar, how to play musical pieces, I practice the Spanish theme. During my teaching lessons, the emphasis is placed on:

- guitar posture, technique and sound
- timing and rhythmic feeling
- the accompaniment and grooves
- interpretation
- music theory and knowledge
- improvisation
- the directory (student's wishlist)
The study material is made in three dimensions: scores, tutorials and coaching.
After agreeing with the student on the pieces / songs to work on, the corresponding score is shared and given to the class. I go through it, and I also play it live to the student for even more accessibility. And then I explain what needs to be clarified to prepare the homework. If you are an absolute beginner, don't worry, I will be with you, and step by step you will learn to play the guitar and know how to read musical notes to tell you my 5 year old brother is able to play the guitar.

Every day, I develop exercises for beginners, techniques and tips so that your learning is pleasant, that your progress remains regular and that you immediately adopt the right reflexes.
By understanding the first basics, following my advice and working regularly, you will be able to play your first drum pieces to music within 15 days.

This course is intended for students of all levels. I teach drums jazz, rock, pop, funk, latin...
Some of these topics will be covered in class: drumstick technique, groove, coordination, improvisation, playing with pieces...
All your questions are welcome.

I can give the lesson in English.

You're in good hands! As a professional cellist for 14 years now, including as a member of major European and Australian opera and philharmonic orchestras, I welcome all students, from those picking up the instrument for the first time to those preparing for professional auditions.

My primary aim in teaching is to create an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect in which students can draw motivation to set and accomplish their goals, with my full commitment towards helping them achieve those. Getting the foundations of good playing and good musicianship right is of course a very close and no less important second!

During their journey, students can count on my patience, understanding and sympathy to help them through all challenges. I tailor my teaching style to fit all students based on their individual needs and wishes, or those of their parents if they're too young to decide for themselves.

I'm determined to break the stereotype of teachers being failed performers and teach not only by demonstration, but by playing with students as an accompanist or duet partner, even with absolute beginners.

If you're not sure exactly what you want out of lessons, or aren't sure where to begin, let's discuss and determine that together!

Lessons take place at my place in Carré.
