Learn the Persian language and culture - Persian course
From 59.96 C$ /h
Although many people appreciate it for its musical sound, the Persian language contains very deep cultural and historical roots. Its rules and grammar are actually very consistent and regular. Based on poetry and historical stories, Persian contains both rigor and passion that come in simple instructions.
The method that I use with my foreign students is based on these particularities in order to be able to discover the simplicity of a language alongside its dynamics and richness. Listening to ancient Persian songs and lullabies, watching Iranian short films, playing different games while practicing conversation with current topics or common interests allows for lively and concrete learning.
At my side, I offer the student the possibility of progressing according to his level and by following the particularities of his mother tongue (Arabic, Turkish, French, English). With more than five years of experience with different learning methods (private or group lessons, language centers, online learning), I can easily adapt the speed of the course according to the level of the student by focusing about its weaknesses and strengths.
As far as possible from a school process, I want to offer you a method that develops with patience and variety while combining the joy and fun of learning together.

About Me
My name is Maryam and I am from Iran. I arrived in Belgium to study a master's degree in anthropology. I love learning different languages and getting to know the mysteries and similarities they hold. I speak English and learned Arabic (literal) and Turkish while living in Turkey.
With each new language, the lack of precision in the use of certain words is always a difficult element to overcome and leads to a lack of self-confidence. Thanks to my teaching experience, I was able to quickly develop a method to avoid mistakes. You have to try to drop the shyness to start speaking quickly, even with mistakes, while keeping an eye on the ground rules. Little by little the precision is established.
I think learning a new language is like a big journey, which is not just about the language, it's also about meeting new people, their interests and concerns, sharing a part of their lives and with a bit of luck, to make friends. This is why it is not only a question of learning or teaching, but also of knowing and understanding each other.
I like that my teaching experience is close to this idea.
