I am a professional dancer and choreographer. I give classical, contemporary/modern dance lessons to adults and children.

The objective of my classes is to learn to know your own body and improve posture. In my dance classes we will learn to improve technique, vocabulary, step dynamics and awareness of the body in space.

My classes are open to curious beginners, seasoned movers, and everyone in between. You'll learn to move with intention, care, and joy — at your own pace, with personal attention and a spirit of exploration.

You can choose to focus on ballet, yoga, or a balanced mix of both. We can also work toward specific goals such as posture improvement, flexibility, or choreography development. Private and small group sessions available.

My pedagogical management:
In addition to being a professional dancer with over 10 years of international experience, I adapt my teachings to each individual to reveal their unique artistic potential. My Approach combines the rigorous technique of my classical training with the contemporary creativity developed throughout my career in business.
