I teach (basic) Dutch to (young) adults who speak other languages. The purpose of the lesson is to be able to have easy and simple conversations in daily life. In addition, there is also practice on language comprehension and written language production. We practice Dutch on the basis of role plays, audio clips and newspaper articles. Also people who already have some knowledge of Dutch are more than welcome to join. During the first lesson we will discuss your requirements so that I can adapt my lessons accordingly.

These lessons are specially designed for people who have no or very limited knowledge of Dutch. The lessons are very practically designed so that you memorize the vocabulary easily and quickly.

These lessons are designed for all ages, the approach is always very individual.
For children this is learning through play, for adults more conversational exercises.
The lessons can be scheduled flexibly. For July, August and September I’m available the whole weak and every hour between 11 and 23 Brussels time.

With 29 years of experience, I offer private lessons for students from 1st to 6th year of secondary school, as well as conversation classes for adults and young people wishing to gain fluency and confidence.

I am fluent in both languages, not only from an academic point of view, but also in their everyday and natural use. My goal is therefore to teach not only correct language, but also language that is actually spoken and used daily.

I work on the 4 essential skills: listening comprehension, speaking, reading comprehension and writing.
