Classical Dance – Training, advanced training and professional support
Former international principal dancer, choreographer, teacher and artistic and pedagogical director of International Scalène Danse (ISDanse), I hold professional diplomas obtained in Switzerland and France.
With an international career on stage and extensive teaching experience, I offer personalized classical dance lessons, tailored to the abilities, morphology and goals of each student.
Who are my courses for?
I teach all levels, from beginners to professional dancers:
• Children, teenagers and adults.
• Amateurs wishing to discover or deepen their knowledge of classical dance.
• Students in pre-vocational training.
• Professional dancers wishing to perfect their technique and interpretation.
• Future dance teachers and choreographers.
A pedagogy derived from traditional elite schools
My teaching is based on the French traditions and methods, Cecchetti, Bournonville, Vaganova, Légat and Balanchine.
This approach allows for the development of a solid technique while respecting the physical characteristics, abilities and artistic personality of each dancer.
I pay particular attention to body alignment, coordination, musicality, injury prevention, and the development of artistic expression.
Disciplines and specializations offered
• Classical technique for women and men.
• Working with the points.
• Female and male variations of the repertoire.
• Men's technique: jumps, batteries, turns and virtuosity.
• Russian academic tradition and Bournonville style.
• Pas de deux and partnership work.
• Character dance.
• Mime and theatrical expression.
• Stretching, flexibility and body preparation.
• Acrobatic elements adapted to choreographic practice.
• Choreographic composition and improvisation.
• Preparation for auditions, exams and competitions.
• Support for future professional dancers, choreographers and teachers.
In-person, online, and hybrid courses
I offer several learning methods, depending on the needs and objectives of each individual.
In-person: individual lessons allowing for in-depth technical and artistic guidance.
Via videoconference: pedagogical support, movement analysis, tailored corrections, work on musicality, interpretation and choreographic composition.
In hybrid format: alternating face-to-face and remote sessions, allowing continuity of work and personalization of the training path.
Distance learning complements studio work, but does not replace the physical supervision essential for certain learning, particularly pointe work, lifts, and acrobatic elements.
Lesson duration: 75 minutes
Unlike the usual 60-minute classes, my sessions last 75 minutes.
This duration allows for the development of a structured session, including physical preparation, technical work, individualized corrections, and artistic expression.
Internships and training courses
I also offer:
• Internships and masterclasses.
• Technical and artistic development programs.
• Preparation for auditions and competitions.
• Pre-professional and professional support.
• Training and educational advice for future teachers and choreographers.
Each program is designed according to the level, objectives and specific needs of the person being supported.
My vocation: To dance – To choreograph – To train.
