I am a native Italian speaker and I teach Italian to all ages and levels, from young children to adults, adapting every lesson to your goals and starting point.

Whether you want to learn Italian for travel, work, family reasons, or simply out of love for the language and culture, I will build a programme around what matters to you. Lessons can focus on conversation, grammar, reading, writing, or a mix: whatever you need.

For Italian-speaking families in the Lausanne area, I also offer support for children who need to maintain or strengthen their Italian alongside their schooling in French.

I’m Leila, a science tutor with a PhD in Developmental Biology, a Master in Neuroscience, and a Bachelor's in Molecular Biology. I’ve lived and studied in different countries, which has taught me to adapt quickly to new environments, and to different learning styles. Whether your child is a curious 5-year-old or a focused 17-year-old preparing for exams, I adjust my approach to match their pace, language (English, French, Italian), and interests. My goal is to make science feel clear, fun, and within reach.
