I am a US citizen with Korean heritage (F4 visa) and intermediate Korean language skills who has taught both in Korea and Colorado. My master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction for ESL students as well as my bachelor's degree in Biology means I can provide the best individualized instruction for each of my students, regardless of age group or level.

Teaching is my lifelong passion, and I believe in providing the most impactful and memorable experience for all of my students to help improve their skills and advance towards their dreams. Lessons will be differentiated for your specific needs, from relaxed conversational English to standards-based curriculum for ESL or Science. In Thailand I spent a year and a half studying communication arts, which helped me, prepare for my studies in the US. I had several communication classes, learning techniques of how to speak better using not only our words but also our body to help us speak more naturally, calmly, and without getting nervous if we get stuck or forget what we wanted to say. During my career in the US, I was constantly writing essays for my classes, in addition to having to present projects in front of my teachers and classmates. At the same time, I was working at university and after graduation I worked for a year, mainly having long phone conversations with people from all over the country.

Nowadays the ability to communicate in English is essential and I am going to prepare you so that you can meet your goals. It could be, studying abroad, going to live in an English-speaking country, improving your communication in the professional field, or keep practicing so as not to lose the previously acquired level.

The class can be either 30 minutes (no breaks), 45 minutes (2-minute break) or 1 hour (5-minute break)
