Hello! I am Jennifer, double bassist based in Brussels. I enjoy teaching anyone who wants to play the double bass: whether you are just starting out or want to further develop on this magnificent instrument. Making music is central to my lessons and other aspects are also discussed from there: ensemble playing, technique (pizzicato and/or arco), ear training, theory. I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example.
