For the Love of Math - Teaching for Students who want more than Numbers
From 98.74 C$ /h
I know some students sit through math class wondering “why,” “what’s the point,” or “this is boring me to tears.” When I teach math, it’s not just about numbers and formulas. It’s about my favorite subject that I love with my whole heart and that I am eager to share with my students.
I can tell you the ‘point’ of why we do math but, more importantly, I can show you the joy of math.
I’m the teacher for students of any age who need their numbers with a side of happiness.

About Me
My specialty as a teacher is my innate humor that pairs well with students who tend not to enjoy standard teaching practices.
I don’t refer to the Internet for practice problems, so my students get a unique package for homework and study that is designed just for them.
I am not a genius, just someone who likes learning, so I enjoy going through my students’ work side-by-side with them, creating a very open learning process, where they can see my methods on a micro-scale and are free to ask questions at each step.
My specialties are math and English. My degree is heavily oriented towards math, but my career is heavily oriented towards English. Regardless, my interest in both subjects is fueled purely by my love for them.
