About Me

Student in translation / interpretation and lover of travel, I live constantly in language exchange. I have always been taking language courses but above all I am used to giving them. Cousins, family, friends and students, regardless of the relationships I have with the people in front of me, my teaching method remains the same: simple, fun and above all practical! As a former Geography teacher for a few years at the start of my career and now as a young retired ex-Chief of Police and perfectly bilingual Dutch-French, I offer a daily availability to help out during the day where it is needed. I use several methods which are specially conceived to teach Dutch to people who have a different mother tongue. I really like to use methods out of the ordinary like role games or methods with which you learn while playing. All these adapted to the student's situation of course. As I learned myself a couple of other languages, it is easy for me to detect difficulties a student can encounter and adapt the way of learning. I can teach in English, French, German and Russian.
