Former student of Hypokhâgne and Khâgne, recently graduated with a Master 2 in political studies at the EHESS in Paris, I offer tutoring courses for the preparation of the Bac de French for students in first scientific (written and oral) .
These courses are based on a triple strategy: the consolidation of knowledge (literary currents, authors in the program, concepts), the mastery of the methodology (text comment, essay or writing of invention in writing, and that of the test) oral training) and training in real conditions (correction of the student's copies, presentation and speaking exercises for the oral examination).

During my studies, I prepared many high school students to the Bac de Français, which allowed me to acquire a good mastery of the logic of the tests and to ensure a clear progression of their results, while adapting to the specific needs of each of my students.

I provide the necessary materials, some of which I developed myself during my classes (vocabulary sheets, notes on the history of literature, methodology sheets ..). During a "scenario" with a writing in real time (4h), I send at a time agreed with the student a subject, he must send me by mail within 4 hours. I bring his corrected copy to the next class, so that we can review together.

Hello !

In this course, I will be there to help you understand, learn and pass all your homework!
Don't worry, I've been there too. Sometimes, we come out of the course demotivated, because we have not captured anything. And it happens, the course is sometimes not very understandable!
Together, we'll go over everything you didn't understand.

The idea: To fold up these homework assignments, and realize that ultimately, it's not so unpleasant and difficult.

Bonus: I have a Master's degree in History from the most selective Master's program in France in this field. Even though I don't really like History that much!... So I'll show you my tricks.

I propose a methodology based on the explanation of the theory before moving on to intensive practice with regard to mathematics and French.
For English LV2, I believe in learning by doing the language as much as possible and correcting grammar as you go along with improving vocabulary.

Graduated from the Arts et Métiers engineering school, after having completed a preparatory class, and a master's degree in bioengineering from the Charpak Institute (equivalent to a PACES1), I completed a master's thesis in microbiology and microtechnology at EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne). Today, I design medical devices by supervising my team of work-study students and interns. During my studies and my experiences abroad, I was often required to provide academic support and teach students experiencing difficulties in their studies, particularly in Asia and Thailand.

This support is particularly important to me because, during my studies, I benefited from this type of support and helped me to better understand my courses. Also, it is important for me to perpetuate this dynamic of transmission and sharing.

Courses in Cachan. Possibility of traveling to the student's home.

A graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and the London School of Economics, I offer tutoring in all literary subjects - French, History-Geography, Modern Languages, Philosophy, Dissertation - for all levels, from primary school to high school.

I also support adults who want to improve their writing skills and their argumentation, for professional and/or personal reasons.

Finally, I offer French courses for foreign students and professionals. Having lived several years in English and Spanish-speaking countries (Australia, England, Colombia, etc.), I am fluent in English and Spanish. I am also fluent in Portuguese. Mastering these 3 foreign languages allows me to explain the specificities of the French language to my students through their mother tongue.

Why trust me?
Because I am an enthusiastic, rigorous and very educational teacher. I am always looking for new methods and solutions for each of my students in order to find THE way that will work for them. I feel great satisfaction when I see my students having the spark and progressing, and that is why I love this job.

My approach as a private tutor is based on a clear, structured pedagogy adapted to the needs of each student.

I pay particular attention to methodology and individual progress. Furthermore, I offer specific support for high school students, especially in preparing written and oral commentaries.
I help them structure their ideas, improve their expression and gain confidence for the baccalaureate exams.

Each lesson begins with a quick overview of the difficulties, followed by targeted exercises and methodological advice. I conclude with a summary and, if necessary, I offer additional exercises.

I offer personalized support, tailored to each student's level, objectives, and difficulties. I begin by identifying areas for improvement, then alternate explanations, examples, and exercises to promote understanding and progress.

The sessions can be devoted to homework help, revision, test preparation, or exploring a concept in greater depth. I primarily work with students from primary school to high school in French, history and geography, modern languages, and methodology, as well as high school students in history, geography, geopolitics, and political science (HGGSP) and in preparing for the Grand Oral exam.
