- Fitness / Running / Triathlon: I coach people who want to get fitter and generally incorporate any endurance activity into a health(ier) lifestyle. I am a dedicated coach who has competed in several marathons and Ironman races (also qualified for the Ironman World Championship). I focus on nutrition, stress and sleep as well for a holistic approach.

I like to learn anything I can, and teach about a "Mens Sana in Corpore Sano" - a healthy mind in a healthy body: my expertise is chess and triathlon (swimming, cycling, running) as I have been practising them for over 20 years and teaching them for over 10 years.

- if I have to choose 3 adjectives for myself? motivated, passionate, friendly - I'm a demanding teacher but at the same time I like to share my energy and passion about chess and triathlon.

I completed a full degree in Management Engineering in 2008 (Italy, Portugal, Estonia) and have spent most of my career in the UK where I have lived since 2010.

Italy is one of the countries where not that many citizens speak English language, therefore it might be difficult to adapt to locals without knowing Italian, at least basic one.

By this class I would like to immerse you into Basic Italian language and culture. For the teaching purposes, throughout the classes, I will use different highly-rated textbooks of local editions, effective YouTube channels, interesting articles. I will cover main functional areas of Italian grammar and vocabulary within different areas and will make sure that you start speaking since the first class already, since Practice Makes Perfect and Italian is not so difficult as it may seem at first!
