Hey there! I’m Maaz, a passionate and dedicated maths tutor who genuinely enjoys helping students feel more confident with mathematics.

Maths was always one of the subjects I enjoyed most because I liked the logic behind it — once you understand the steps, even difficult questions start to feel manageable. That is the same feeling I try to give my students. I know maths can sometimes feel stressful or confusing, especially when topics move too quickly in class, so my aim is to slow things down, explain concepts clearly, and make sure the student feels comfortable asking questions.
I specialise in helping students with topics such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, problem-solving, and exam preparation. My teaching style is patient, friendly, and personalised to each student’s level. I do not believe in simply rushing through questions; I focus on helping students understand the “why” behind each method so they can apply it confidently in exams.

What makes my lessons personal is that I try to understand each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. Some students need help with basics, some need exam technique, and others simply need confidence. I adapt each session accordingly and create a supportive space where mistakes are treated as part of learning.
