I'm a 31-year-old IGCSE/A-Level Economics/Business Studies/Statistics teacher from the UK with
over six years’ teaching experience and I’m available to begin work in Ho Chi Minh City after the 9th of August.

In July 2014 I completed my undergraduate degree in Business and Finance at the
University of Wales Trinity Saint David in Swansea, where I obtained a 2:1. I moved
to Asia in May 2015 and worked as a Business Studies, Economics, English, and
Maths Teacher for just over 3 years in China, Thailand and Vietnam. I returned to
the UK in August 2018 to complete my MSc in International Business Economics at
the University of Sussex, which I completed in September 2019 obtaining a
distinction.

Beginning in June 2020, I began working as a lecturer for Nanjing University of
Finance and Economics (NUFE). This role has involved creating and teaching courses
in Advanced Python for Data Analysis, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Statistics
and Corporate Finance. These courses are fully accredited, and my students are
expected to continue their degree at the University of Waterloo in Canada after
completion of my courses.

About Me

I’m a 31-year-old Economics/Business Studies/Statistics teacher from the UK with over six years’ teaching experience. I’m currently looking for Economics/Business Studies/Statistics roles in a high school or university environment and I’m available to begin work in Ho Chi Minh City after the 9th of August 2023.

I returned to the UK in August 2018 to complete my MSc in International Business Economics at the University of Sussex, which I completed in September 2019 obtaining a distinction.

In September 2019, I began working as a macroeconomic analyst for the Office for National Statistics (ONS). My role at the ONS involved undertaking economic analysis specifically about international trade with the intention of writing reports of my findings to inform the general public in the UK.

Beginning in June 2020, I began working as a lecturer for Nanjing University of Finance and Economics (NUFE). This role has involved creating and teaching courses in Advanced Python for Data Analysis, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Statistics and Corporate Finance. These courses are fully accredited, and my students are expected to continue their degree at the University of Waterloo in Canada after completion of my courses.
