Hello,

I am Michiel, a freelance translator located in Flanders, the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium. In addition to Dutch, French and, to a lesser extent, German are also spoken in Belgium.

I have worked as a translator/copywriter in a variety of companies for 16 years and on a self-employed basis for 9 years. With this experience, I have the expertise to support both adults and students who want to learn Dutch or improve their existing knowledge. It's never too late to improve your language skills.

My main goal is to help you progress in this language at your own pace. Whether you want to learn the basics of Dutch or take your language skills to the next level, I will adapt to your specific needs and goals. I do not work according to a fixed schedule and can therefore adapt to the client's wishes. Evening and weekend sessions are absolutely no problem for me.

Graduate teacher offers an individualized pedagogy, assistance with the preparation of questions or exams. My goal is to advance the student without overburdening him. I give homework after each lesson and periodically provide progress reports.
I also give lessons to adults.

Learning new languages might not be that easy for some people, but with a good methodology and dynamic classes, everything is way more simple and possible. My classes are based on learning the language from the basics, learning about grammar, speaking, listening, writing, and reading. The intention is that you can learn the language completely. In addition, I only give customized classes that can be adapted to your needs. If you need to learn the language for any particular reason, let me know and I can adapt my classes so that you learn as perfect as possible and fulfill your purpose!

This course introduces students to the standard Chinese language and is designed
for students with little or no background in spoken or written Mandarin.
Students in this course focus on learning essential vocabulary, practicing pronunciation,
and understand simple grammatical structures. This knowledge prepares students to
communicate effectively in Mandarin on a limited range of everyday topics
situations. Students practice listening and speaking in real situations, learn to read
and write Chinese characters, and examine how culture and language interact in China.
Classroom activities and course work are intended to assist students in their oral development
skill and confidence to initiate simple conversations
